No, you do not need to create an account with us when making an order. When making your order we will ask for your shipping/billing address info in order to process and ship your products but will not retain this information if you decide not to create an account. However, we recommend creating an account for a quick and easy order process – just select the ‘Create an account’ box on the checkout page when entering your billing information and all relevant information will be stored for your next order. Please note that we will never retain your credit card/payment details (just the billing address) even if you create an account, as all our payments are securely processed via Paypal.
All of our payments are securely processed via Paypal. So you can either pay via your Paypal account or with your credit card on the Paypal website. Our Paypal gateway currently accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Further options may be presented (eg Eurocard, Delta/Electron, Maestro etc) depending on the country listed in your billing address. For further information please contact Paypal.
You do not usually need a Paypal account in order to make a purchase on our site via credit card – but this will depend on the country listed in your billing address. Paypal now enables their ‘account optional’ feature for most locations but a few countries may still be required to create a Paypal account during the transaction. Please contact Paypal for further infomation.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our website contact form. If possible please provide the order number in the subject header.
Shipping rates are calculated as follows:
Finland & Åland Islands:
+ Priority Parcel (‘POSTIPAKETTI’ with tracking number): A minimum rate of 8.10€ covers shipments weighing up to 2kg – approx 8 x 12″s. Shipping price increases by 3€ for every 5kg after.
+ Economy letter (no tracking code): A minimum rate of 8.50€ covers shipments weighing up to 500g – approx 1-2 records. Price increases by 6€ for every 500g thereafter up to 2kg (approx 8 x 12″). For all orders over 2kg tracked shipping is applied.
+ Priority letter (no tracking code): A minimum rate of 11€ covers shipments weighing up to 500g – approx 1-2 records. Price increases by 6€ for every 500g thereafter up to 2kg (approx 8 x 12″). For all orders over 2kg tracked shipping is applied.
+ Priority parcel (WITH TRACKING CODE): A minimum rate of 25€ is applied, increasing by 10€ for every 5kg (15-20LP) thereafter. Tracked shipping is automatically applied to orders weighing over 2kg (approx 8+ LP).
For some regions in Europe (Posti tariff zones 1 & 2) it may work out cheaper to use tracked shipping for orders over 1kg.
Please note that (due to the Finnish postal system’s tariff zones) tracked European shipping prices can increase depending on the destination country. For example, European countries in zone 2 (eg France, UK) have a minimum tracked shipping price of 27€, whilst European countries in zone 3 (eg non-EU countries such as Norway, Russia, Switzerland) have a minimum tracked shipping price of 37€.
Rest of The World:
+ PRIORITY WITH TRACKING CODE: A minimum rate of 38.00€ covers shipments weighing up to 2kg (approx 8 x 12″). Price increases by 13€ for every 5kg thereafter (up to 30kg)
+ ECONOMY (up to 2kg) – no tracking code: A minimum rate of 15€ covers shipments weighing up to 500g – approx 1-2 records. Price increases by 8.00€ for every 500g (1-2LP) thereafter up to 2000g (approx 8 x 12″)
+ PRIORITY (up to 2kg) – no tracking code: A minimum rate of 19.00€ covers shipments weighing up to 500g – approx 1-2 records. Price increases by 13.50€ for every 500g (1-2LP) thereafter up to 2000g (approx 8 x 12″)
Yes we do, we ship to all international territories. If you find there is an issue when entering your order – eg no available shipping options for your location – please contact us immediately via email@example.com and we will attempt to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
We grade all our second-hand vinyl items according to the Goldmine Standard of record grading – this is the same grading system utilised by Discogs. For a detailed breakdown of this grading system please click here.
If a shipped package goes missing in the post a replacement can be issued if we have additional copies in stock. For shipments within Finland a package is considered missing after 15 working days. Most international orders are considered missing after 30 working days – with packages to France, South America and Africa considered missing after 60 working days.
Before we can issue a replacement, customers must have checked with their local depot/sorting office to see if their package is awaiting pick up, even if no notification has yet been received from the postal company. If the above time has elapsed and you still haven’t received your package then we apologise for the delay, please send us an email with your order number and we’ll look into it – but please note, if the requested shipping method did not include a tracking number then it may be difficult to retrieve the lost item.
