No, you do not need to create an account with us when making an order. When making your order we will ask for your shipping/billing address info in order to process and ship your products but will not retain this information if you decide not to create an account. However, we recommend creating an account for a quick and easy order process – just select the ‘Create an account’ box on the checkout page when entering your billing information and all relevant information will be stored for your next order. Please note that we will never retain your credit card/payment details (just the billing address) even if you create an account, as all our payments are securely processed via Paypal.
All of our payments are securely processed via Paypal. So you can either pay via your Paypal account or with your credit card on the Paypal website. Our Paypal gateway currently accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We grade all our second-hand vinyl items according to the Goldmine Standard of record grading – this is the same grading system utilised by Discogs. For a detailed breakdown of this grading system please click here.
If a shipped package goes missing in the post a replacement can be issued if we have additional copies in stock. For shipments within Finland a package is considered missing after 15 working days. Most international orders are considered missing after 30 working days – with packages to France, South America and Africa considered missing after 60 working days.
Before we can issue a replacement, customers must have checked with their local depot/sorting office to see if their package is awaiting pick up, even if no notification has yet been received from the postal company. If the above time has elapsed and you still haven’t received your package then we apologise for the delay, please send us an email with your order number and we’ll look into it – but please note, if the requested shipping method did not include a tracking number then it may be difficult to retrieve the lost item.
